Wedding Planning or Coordinating:

1. Are you interested in Full Planning from start to finish, Month of, Week of or the Day of Coordinating?

2. If you are interested in Day of Coordinating, how many hours do you need? Five hours is typically the start of any day of timeframe.

3. Do you need any assistance with any decor set up? If so, please provide a description of the decor you will be providing.


Floral Design:

1. Do you need Bridal Party Flowers? If so, how many of each item? Such as how many bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, flower girl baskets, etc. Please provide an inspiration photo of a design you like.

2. Do you need fresh floral centerpieces? If so, how many? Please provide an inspiration photo of a design you would like.

3. Do you need fresh floral for your ceremony arbor and chairs/pews? If so, please provide an inspirational photo of a design you would like.

4. Do you need an arbor/chuppah?

5. Do you need any other decor or floral? Sweetheart table, entry tables, cake flowers, dessert tables?

Decor:

1. Do you need us to provide any decor from our In-House Classic Elegant Collection? If so, what are you interested in? Centerpieces, Ceremony decor, lighting, draping, etc. Please provide any inspiration photos of your vision for any of these areas.

2. Will you be providing your own decor? If so, please describe your decor and how many of each. As much description as possible will help us to give you an accurate price to set up your decor

3. How many hours prior to your event do we have to set up?

4. Can we set up the day before and strike/tear down everything the next day or does everything need to be done the day of the event?
